How it is used
Your details are passed to the ARX broker whose page you submitted the form on, so they can respond to you about the property you enquired about. We also record that you agreed to this notice at the time of submission.
Who it is shared with
Your enquiry is shared with the broker who owns the page and with ARX, which operates this site. We do not sell your details or share them with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our records of the enquiry. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also ask the broker to stop contacting you.
